MBM360 Client Commitments & Service Terms

We keep things simple, clear, and growth-focused. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

Unlimited Requests, Tier-Based Speed

  • You can send us as many requests as you like.
  • How fast and how many we work on at once depends on your plan level.
  • Each request includes up to two free rounds of revisions.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly).
  • Payments are non-refundable, except under our Grow or Don’t Pay Guarantee.
  • Need to pause? You can switch to a Limited Activity Plan at a reduced fee.
  • Early cancellations (before 6 months) void guarantees and discounts.

The “Grow or Don’t Pay” Guarantee

  • Stick with us for six consecutive months, stay engaged, and implement our strategies.
  • If we don’t hit the agreed-upon growth metrics, we’ll work with you for three more months at no extra charge.
  • Refunds aren’t offered, but results are.

Intellectual Property

  • You own all custom content we create for you.
  • MBM retains ownership of its proprietary tools, strategies, and systems.
  • We may showcase your work in our portfolio (unless you ask us not to).

Confidentiality & AI

  • Your information stays private.
  • We use AI-powered workflows to speed things up, but everything is reviewed by humans for quality and ethics.

Disputes & Cancellations

  • We’ll always try to resolve issues quickly. If needed, mediation or arbitration under Texas law applies.
  • We may suspend or end service if there’s non-payment, chargebacks, or misuse of our systems.
